Free Ukulele Class

The Center Lawn near the People's Market
Enjoy a fun, welcoming introduction to the ukulele in this free, all ages class led by Teton Music School instructor Susan Jones. Perfect for adults, kids, and families alike, this one hour session for beginners will cover basic chords, strumming, and easy songs in a supportive, community oriented setting. This is a playful and low pressure way to get a taste of the inclusive, joyful learning environment that defines TMS.
Susan Jones is a Jackson based multi-instrumentalist and beloved TMS faculty member with decades of teaching experience. She brings warmth, patience, and a love of collaboration to every class, whether working with young children, adults, or multigenerational groups. Susan’s teaching is rooted in the belief that music is for everyone.
Bring your own ukulele if you have one. A limited number will be available to borrow.
*** Anyone under 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
