Operations Coordinator

Help us cultivate a positive client experience, register students and keep our school running smoothly at Teton Music School. The Operations Coordinator position is a part-time customer service and administrative role with regular, yet flexible, daytime hours. You will work closely with the Executive Director to manage the enrollment process for 250+ participants, collaborate with faculty and staff on programming and be the first point of contact for our students and families. 

 
Schedule

Part-time, hourly. 10-20 hours per week, regular yet flexible schedule (hybrid possible, some in-person required). TMS follows the Teton County School District calendar during the school year and closes to the public for Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Breaks. 

 

Compensation

Starting $28/hour DOE

Music Instructors

Teton Music School instructors are professional performing and recording musicians who are passionate about sharing their expertise with youth and adults. Instructors teach private lessons and have the opportunity to offer group classes and club style gatherings. TMS currently offers instruction in piano, guitar, banjo, ukulele, bass, drums, voice, strings, saxophone, clarinet, flute, Music Together®, music production, music therapy, choir, rock bands, and jam groups. We are always open to ideas - give us a shout!

 
Schedule

Instructors operate on a regular weekly schedule over three, 11-week sessions during the academic school year. TMS follows the Teton County School District calendar and closes to the public for Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Breaks. A summer session is run separately.

 

Rate

$80/hour

We are actively seeking instructors in:

 

  • Piano - great with young beginners and/or classically trained in intermediate/advanced.

  • Violin / Viola / Cello - traditional method, all ages.

  • Group general music classes for ages 5-7
