Music Therapy at TMS
What is Music Therapy?
Music therapy is a clinical practice that uses music to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. It involves a trained and credentialed music therapist who works with clients through musical interventions, such as playing instruments, singing, writing songs, or listening to music, to achieve specific non-musical goals related to health and well-being.

Music therapy can help people manage stress, improve communication, enhance memory, promote physical rehabilitation, and process emotions. It is often used with individuals who have mental health conditions, developmental or learning disabilities, dementia, trauma, or physical health issues.
