Scheduling

Lesson times are assigned through the end of the school year, May 2024. Please consider your student's schedule carefully: schedule changes and withdrawals cannot be made mid-session, and makeup lessons are not given for student absences. There will be an opportunity to request changes or withdrawals in the weeks leading up to each next billing session. You will receive email notifications in advance of these deadlines. 

 

Once the intake form is received and the $40 annual registration fee is paid in Pike13 for each student, scheduling can begin. After the agreed upon lesson time is confirmed, the lessons will be scheduled in Pike13, and your payment method will be charged. Tuition is charged to your saved payment method each session unless you contact us by the published deadlines to change or cancel your enrollment. 

 

Tuition

Tuition is billed on a session basis, and is nonrefundable.

• 30-minute lessons - $605 / 11-week session

• 60-minute lessons - $1,210 / 11-week session

• Annual Registration Fee - $40

• Fall - September 5 - November 17 (Winter change deadline - November 3, 2023)

• Winter - November 27 - February 23 (Spring change deadline - February 2, 2024)

• Spring - February 26 - May 24

Performances

TMS Fest, our annual student showcase, takes place Saturday, May 18 at The Center for the Arts. All students are invited to participate. Your teacher will work with you to prepare. 

 

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for all programs, and applications must be received by August 21 for the 2023-24 school year. Please click here for more information.

Dates and Closures

TMS follows the Teton County School District's calendar as closely as possible for holidays and major closures including winter and spring breaks.

​

For the 2023-24 school year, we will be offering three,11-week sessions. Because of holidays or school closures, some lessons will only have 10 weeks. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
